An item bought from us is eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery in the unfortunate event that it is found to be defective. When a factory defect or damage during transit is confirmed by our team, we will provide a replacement for the ordered product.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
